What is in this puzzle
This word search hides 8 words on a 10 x 10 grid, including SIGHT, SOUND, SMELL, TASTE, TOUCH, EYES, EARS, NOSE and more. Words run in every direction — across, down, diagonally, and backwards — which is what makes it worth more than a couple of minutes.
It is aimed at younger solvers, with short, familiar words and a forgiving grid. The full word list is printed beneath the grid on the sheet itself, and the completed grid is on the answer page.
How to print it
Press Print this puzzle above. The sheet opens on its own, sized for US Letter or A4 with 15 mm margins, so a home inkjet will not clip the edges. If you want the answer key as well, open it from the second button and print both pages together.
Printing in black and white is fine — there is no color on the sheet to lose. Photocopying is fine too, and welcome for classroom or activity-group use.
